You should gather all documents before you begin the application: jpg or pdf copies of your passport, transcripts, and TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo scores. If you cannot upload the required documents, please send them, along with your FULL NAME, to iecpadmissions@psu.edu.
TOEFL and IELTS scores are used only to ensure that the IECP has appropriate courses. The IECP is currently only running its upper-level (high intermediate and advanced) courses; we do not have any courses for beginning students. TOEFL and IELTS scores are not used for placement decisions; students are re-tested upon arrival.
Orientation is required for all new students. Late arrivals must be provided a separate Orientation and will be assessed an additional $350 late-arrival fee. Please refer to the calendar for Orientation dates.
Applicants must be 18 years old by new student orientation!
