You must bring the following:

1. Photograph of yourself
2. Penn State Email Address
3. Cell Phone Number
4. Emergency Contact Information
5. Local State College Address
6. Passport (Original!)
7. Visa
8. I-94
9. I-797 (If applicable for change of status)
10. I-20 with your signature on it
